Do a search for a recruiter, just like you would any other contacts search, use linked in or another business network to call up specialists in your area.

This means having up to date solid, well written profiles on all the major business networks.

If you are actively  jobs seeking you may wish to work with specific recruiters and post your CV on appropriate telecoms jobs boards.
